La diva mexicana Salma Hayek está en el cenit de su carrera, equilibrando la belleza con la experiencia. Pero no todo fue color de rosa en su vida, ya que en sus primeros años en Hollywood tuvo que lidiar con el fracaso y con el acné, que se volvió tan fuerte que encontrar trabajo se volvió imposible.
Su falta de dinero la hizo caer en una depresión que trataba de contrarrestar comiendo en exceso, alcanzando 15 kilos de más. Por suerte su amigo, el director Alfonso Cuarón le comentó acerca de la meditación y cómo esta técnica milenaria la podía ayudar a encontrar la paz y perder peso.
