Vicky Martín Berrocal – 18 kilos / Cambio de hábitos
La diseñadora Vicky Martín Berrocal siempre ha sido una mujer de una actitud increíble y así se encargaba de mostrarlo en cada programa de televisión al que es invitada. Siempre fue de talla grande, pero para ella esto nunca fue un problema, y si se decidió a bajar de peso fue más por una cosa personal que por querer encajar dentro de los cánones de belleza imperantes.
Según Vicky era su relación con la comida lo que quería mejorar y lo logró, comenzando a comer más sano y luego a hacer ejercicio. Con estos dos hábitos logró bajar más de 18 kilos.
