La estrella del pop, Ricky Martin es sin duda una de los artistas latinos más importantes del momento. Si bien ha estado toda su vida muy notificado, ha tenido momentos en su vida que no ha podido entrenar como quisiera, sobre todo cuando sus pequeños hijos obtenidos por la polémica técnica de alquiler de vientres, llegaron a su vida.
En esa época Ricky estaba tan atareado que no pudo entrenar sus 6 horas diarias, logrando un excedente de 7 kilos, sobre todo por retención de líquidos. Cuando su rutina se normalizó pudo retornar al gimnasio y recuperó su apariencia de Dios del Olimpo.
