Kaley Cuoco – 16 kilos/ Ejercicio

El cuerpo humano es bastante moldeable, dependiendo de la cantidad de ejercicio que hagamos y otros factores. Algunas personas descubrieron esto con el tiempo, como le ocurrió a la hermosa Kaley Cuoco, que antes de ser la estrella de la televisión que es ahora, estuvo con aproximadamente 16 kilos más de los que tiene ahora. Pero cuando descubrió que con ejercicio diario y un cambio de dieta podía bajar de peso, no dudó en ponerse manos a la obra. Estos hábitos los ha mantenido en el transcurso de su vida y los incorporó a su rutina, por lo que ahora entrenarse no le significa ningún esfuerzo.
