Thalía – 8 kilos/ Dieta sana

Ni la increíble Thalía se salva de tener unos kilos demás. Como ella misma ha señalado en más de una oportunidad, su placer culpable es la repostería. Muffins, cakes, pie de limón y kuchen de manzana son sus delicias preferidas, que si no se contiene puede llegar a comer sin parar. En los momentos de ansiedad es cuando más le cuesta contenerse, o por lo menos le costaba, porque cuando se dio cuenta que había subido 8 kilos en menos de un año, decidió poner cartas en el asunto y ponerse un poco más estricta con la dieta.
