Depois, decidiu mudar de vida. Com medo de seguir o caminho do pai, que morreu em decorrência de um câncer no pâncreas, mudou a alimentação. Retirou alimentos gordurosos do cardápio e malha seis vezes por semana. Em 2018, fez bariátrica e manteve o novo estilo, sempre com o apoio de sua namorada.
