Quem não conhece a “Marrom”? Basta dizer o apelido e já imediatamente sabemos que se trata de Alcione, uma grande cantora de samba que já é parte do patrimônio cultural nacional. A artista, que emplacou sucessos como “Você Me Vira a Cabeça” e “Meu Ébano”, recentemente teve que passar por uma angioplastia, cirurgia para desobstruir as artérias do coração com utilização de stents, o que a levou a repensar sua saúde.
Só com a mudança de alimentação, diminuindo o consumo de gordura e refrigerantes, ela perdeu 24 kg e surpreendeu a todos com a guinada no físico. Foi um grande desafio, mas ela deu conta e o resultado está incrível!
