Ben Zucker
Ben Zucker begeistert seine Fans schon seit einigen Jahren als Schlagersänger und hat während der Pandemie eine beeindruckende körperliche Verwandlung hingelegt. Innerhalb weniger Monate reduzierte er sein Gewicht von 85 auf 68 Kilogramm, was beeindruckende 17 Kilogramm sind. Das geschah natürlich nicht ohne eine gute Strategie: Ben integrierte täglich Bewegung in seinen Alltag, indem er beispielsweise 20.000 Schritte in seiner Wohnung zurücklegte, was bestimmt nicht ganz einfach war.
Zusätzlich investierte er in ein Rudergerät und absolvierte regelmäßig intensive Einheiten von 2000 Metern. Außerdem stellte er auch seine Ernährung komplett um. Er verzichtete unter der Woche komplett auf Süßigkeiten, um sich an Sonntagen eine kleine süße Belohnung zu gönnen.
