Beatrice Egli eroberte 2013 die Herzen der Zuschauer bei “Deutschland sucht den Superstar” und hat sich seither nicht nur eine erfolgreiche Karriere aufgebaut, sondern sich auch im Laufe der Jahre körperlich verändert. Die Schlagersängerin ist bekannt für ihre positive Einstellung zu weiblichen Kurven, doch sie entschied sich vor ihrer Teilnahme an “Ninja Warrior” dazu, einige Kilos abzunehmen.
Mit einem Fokus auf eine ausgewogene Ernährung, reich an Obst und Gemüse sowie regelmäßigem Sport schaffte sie es, acht Kilogramm abzunehmen. Diese Veränderung machte sie nicht nur fitter, sondern steigerte auch ihre Ausdauer für ihre energiegeladenen Bühnenauftritte. Beatrice Egli zeigt damit, dass eine gesunde Balance zwischen Genuss und Bewegung den Unterschied machen kann.
