Schluss mit Gewohnheit
Lexi und Danny wussten genau, dass sie alte Gewohnheiten ablegen und wirklich langfristig an einem neuen Lebensstil festhalten mussten. Eine Diät auf Zeit kam für sie nicht in Frage – sie wollten eine dauerhafte Veränderung. Doch natürlich gab es ein paar Lieblingsgerichte, auf die Lexi einfach nicht für immer verzichten wollte. Stattdessen überlegte sie sich, wie sie ihre Favoriten gesünder gestalten konnte, und schrieb sich alternative Rezepte auf.
So konnten sie Essen genießen, ohne das Gefühl zu haben, dass ihnen etwas fehlt. Der Schlüssel lag in einer neuen Lebensweise, die Raum für Genuss bot, ohne den alten Kalorienbomben zu verfallen.
