Vom Fast-Food-Wahn zur Fitness-Inspiration: Die unfassbare Reise von Lexi und Danny
Selbstgekocht schmeckt’s besser
Der Einstieg in die sportliche Welt war ein guter Anfang, aber Lexi und Danny wussten, dass sie für nachhaltigen Erfolg auch ihre Essgewohnheiten ändern mussten. Also nahmen sie das Kochen selbst in die Hand und verabschiedeten sich von Lieferservices und Restaurantbesuchen. Sie wollten bestimmen, was auf ihren Tellern landete, und das bedeutete: Selber kochen!
Die Zubereitung dauerte länger als Fertigprodukte aufzuwärmen, aber das Ergebnis schmeckte um Welten besser. Außerdem entdeckten Lexi und Danny, dass das gemeinsame Kochen Spaß macht und ein neues Ritual in ihrem Alltag wurde. Die Küche wurde ihr neuer Spielplatz – und das Essen ein Genuss ohne Reue.
