Neil Patrick Harris and David Burtka – Together Since 2004
It was in 2004 that Neil Patrick Harris, star of “How I Met Your Mother” and “Doogie Howser, M.D.,” first met David Burtka, an actor and chef, in New York City. The latter had just broken up with someone, and a friend brought him along to meet the former, who found David charming from the start.
Their casual outing turned into something special, and the two began a relationship soon after. In 2010, they became parents to twins Harper and Gideon via surrogacy, and four years later, they got married in Italy, with Elton John performing. Known for their family Halloween costumes, they keep fans smiling each year.
