Sólo mira a Saavik de Star Trek, alias Kirstie Alley, que tiene casi 70 años, pero parece al menos 20 años más joven después de perder 50 libras. La actriz siempre había sido una comedora y le encantaba darse el gusto con todo tipo de alimentos que engordan, y no le afectó mucho hasta que cruzó los 50.
En ese momento, Alley se dio cuenta de que ya era hora de que hiciera un cambio en su estilo de vida y cambiara a una alimentación saludable y a hacer ejercicio regularmente para volver a estar en forma. ¿Qué la ayudó a mantener su cuerpo más delgado? Bueno, ella lleva la cuenta de sus calorías ¡y eso funciona aparentemente!
