In der Schulzeit hatte sie diesen nämlich als Spitznamen, da viele ihren ursprünglichen Namen, Maria Jose, nicht aussprechen konnte. Bekannt wurde sie durch ihre Rolle als Ziva David in der Serie NCIS.
