CELEBRITIES WHO LOST WEIGHT FOR A BETTER LIFE
Sheridan Smith – 28 Pounds, Working Hard
Versatile star of screen and stage, Sheridan Smith bounces back and forth between the two performance platforms like a consummate professional. During her recent turn in a West End theatrical production, the beautiful actress managed to drop a whopping 28 pounds in just ten days.
Stage productions generally tend to be far more physically exertive than on-screen acting jobs, and the talented thespian credits her working extremely hard on her craft for losing the stones. With the world today full of weight-loss diets and a wealth of surgical options to help shed the pounds, we find Sheridan’s old-fashioned, hard-working approach to staying fit incredibly inspirational.
