CELEBRITIES WHO LOST WEIGHT FOR A BETTER LIFE
Michael Fassbender – 42 Pounds, 900 Calorie Diet
Michael Fassbender has found a tremendous degree of fame and wealth appearing in muscle-bound roles on-screen, but for his 2008 film ‘Hunger,’ the strapping man underwent an intense weight-loss regimen. The Irish-German actor has since then come forward with more details of his experience.
Michael began dropping body mass by adopting a 900 calorie-a-day diet combined with exercises like yoga, skipping, and walking. Reducing your calorie intake and exercising are health professional recommended approaches when trying to lose weight. But at the same time, reducing your weight while starving is not without its dangers, and we do not recommend trying this at home without professional guidance.
