Krista Allen è famosa per il suo lavoro in Il Tempo della Nostra Vita e anche in Baywatch. Nel 2018, ha interpretato il ruolo di Jackie nel film televisivo, Party Mom. Oltre a questo, è apparsa occasionalmente in televisione e in vari film, ma è attiva comunque!
Ovviamente, ha un volto che pare non invecchiare, cosa che aiuta! Nel 2010, Allen ha sposato il rapper iraniano Mams Taylor, ma già nel 2011 avevano deciso di lasciarsi: il loro divorzio è stato confermato un anno dopo. Per un paio di anni, Allen ha avuto la sua linea di magliette che si chiamava Superexcellent.
