Steve Guttenberg nasceu em Nova Iorque e é mais conhecido por seus papéis em Três Solteirões e um Bebê, Short Circuit: O Incrível Robô e na série de filmes de comédia Loucademia de Polícia. Steve também tem, tal como muitos outros atores, raízes no teatro. Com US$ 300 no bolso, ele partiu para Los Angeles após seu ensino médio para seguir seu sonho de se tornar ator. O caminho que ele percorreu foi longo, mas agora tem um elevado valor em sua conta bancária, avaliado em 15 milhões de dólares.
Além disso, Steve está agora envolvido com várias instituições de solidariedade que oferecem apoio a crianças, como a “The Entertainment Industry Foundation”.
