Nick Jonas sold his Beverly Hills home for $6.91 million through an off-market deal

Sometime in April last year, Nick Jonas bought an elegant bachelor pad in Beverly Hills. At that time, the singer and his then-girlfriend, Priyanka Chopra, were just at the beginning of their journey as an official couple. And now, it seems like Nick’s plans have changed after marrying Priyanka as he discretely sold the property in an off-market deal.

According to the reports, the buyer paid $6.91 million to acquire the 4,129-square-foot sophisticated home. It has five bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms that feature a 986 square feet buoyant guest wing. The interior of the house perfectly reflects Jonas’ love for minimalist aesthetics and his modern-day living.

The flooring of the house consists of ivory-colored hardwood floors that complement the Machiche-surfaced wood paneling.  The living room highlights a stylish hematite furnace and an aloft clerestory ceiling. Meanwhile, the kitchen is filled with bleached cabinetry and stainless-steel Miele kitchen apparatus. It also includes a sleek breakfast island in the middle of the room.

But all the jaw-dropping details are in the master’s bedroom. The design is very exquisite with an arched ceiling, and luxurious furnishing. It has its own suite, a studio, and a spare room that could transform into a home gym.
