Marcy McGuire – Age 93

 

Kansas redhead Marcy McGuire sparked her acting career in the industry when she landed her first film role in Seven Days’ Leave (1942). McGuire was then a 16-year-old who was working at a nightclub as an entertainer. That first acting job of hers earned excellent reviews and Marcy went on to work on more movies like Higher and Higher (1943). In that movie, she had an onscreen moment with music icon Frank Sinatra where the beautiful singer swooned at his feet. In 1952, McGuire had her early retirement from the entertainment industry.
