Since marrying Justin Bieber, the American Model Hailey Baldwin took her husband’s last name and became Hailey Bieber. In line with that, she was hoping to start her own beauty line and register it as Bieber Beauty, however, Justin filed a trademark application a couple of years ago that caused conflict with Hailey’s application.
Trademark Confusion
Hailey’s trademark appeal got declined by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office due to the similarity of marks on Justin’s trademark. According to some reports, the name Bieber Beauty may cause confusion with her husband’s trademark that was filed years before they even knew they would end up married.

In January 2016, Justin finally confirmed their status as he posted a photo of them sharing a kiss during New Year’s Eve celebration with Justin’s family, although Hailey did not confirm anything from her side.

They’ve been in an on and off relationship for more or less two years with so many dramas like denials and unfollowing each other on social media. However, the two survived the storm and got officially back together in May 2018 until they announced their engagement on July 8, 2018.
In the fall of 2018, the couple secretly tied the knot as a sign of their strong commitment, and there are rumors that they are planning to have a more formal second wedding ceremony later this year. After all the challenges the duo has been through, we’re pretty much sure a conflict with trademarks wouldn’t shake them off. Not even Justin’s depression brought them down!
