The British Celebs With One Foot In The Grave And A Martini
Fiona Phillips – Born in 1961
For anyone who watched breakfast television in the 1990s and 2000s, Fiona Phillips was like a friendly face at the kitchen table. She rose to fame as the main presenter of ITV’s “GMTV,” where her warmth, quick wit, and empathy made her a morning fixture for millions of viewers. Before that, she worked as a reporter and producer for “Sky News” and “BBC South East.”
Her candid interviews with everyone from politicians to pop stars made her one of Britain’s most trusted broadcasters. Fiona’s charm has always been her superpower because it’s real, relatable, and effortlessly genuine. In 2008, she was awarded an OBE for her services to broadcasting.
