Aubrey O’Day – Born In 1984, 136 Lbs, 5’4″
Don’t let the 5-foot-4 frame fool you; Aubrey O’Day packs a punch. Weighing in at 136 pounds, this powerhouse maintains her dynamite physique through rigorous dance routines and a keen eye on nutrition, favoring a balanced diet over fleeting diet trends.
Bursting onto the scene in 2005 with MTV’s “Making the Band,” Aubrey became a key figure in the pop sensation Danity Kane. Fast forward to today, and she’s still turning heads, not just with her vocal range but with her savvy use of social media to connect and candidly share her life and truths, keeping the flame of fame well and truly lit.
