Aubrey O’Day – Born In 1984, 136 Lbs, 5’4″
Don’t let the 5-foot-4 frame fool you; Aubrey O’Day packs a punch. Weighing in at 136 pounds, this powerhouse maintains her dynamite physique through rigorous dance routines and a keen eye on nutrition, favoring a balanced diet over fleeting diet trends.
Bursting onto the scene in 2005 with MTV’s “Making the Band,” Aubrey became a key figure in the pop sensation Danity Kane.
