Zagubiony instynkt wzywa na ratunek
Hanna odruchowo skurczyła swoją sylwetkę, starając się wyglądać na mniej groźną. W myślach błagała, by to wystarczyło, aby ocalić jej życie. W głowie szalały jej myśli, gorączkowo szukając sposobu, by przekazać niedźwiedziowi, że nie stanowi zagrożenia. Cała sytuacja była absurdalna, ale szybko zrozumiała, że zwierzę nie kierowało się agresją – jego zachowanie było pełne troski. Chronił małe, bezbronne stworzenie i starał się zapewnić mu bezpieczeństwo. Serce Hanny waliło jak oszalałe, gdy w duchu przysięgała sobie jedno – ten niedźwiedź nie był jej wrogiem. Był dziki, niebezpieczny, ale nie wrogo nastawiony. Jeśli sama nie potrafi mu pomóc, musi znaleźć kogoś, kto będzie mógł to zrobić. Na razie jednak musiała znaleźć sposób, by pokazać, że jest jego sprzymierzeńcem.
