Someone left their phone on a foldable chair, and now it’s taking an unexpected swim in a growing puddle. The outdated phone likely doesn’t stand a chance against water, given its pre-waterproof era design. Water resistance in phones became a thing around 2013, and this device seems to hail from a time before manufacturers figured out how to keep our digital lives safe from a dunk.
