Raul Lopez – 2023 Met Gala – Luar
Raul Lopez, der Visionär hinter der Modemarke Luar, setzte auf der Met Gala 2023 ein deutliches Zeichen. Er wurde an den prestigeträchtigen Balenciaga-Tisch eingeladen und war einer von vier aufstrebenden Designern, die von dem Pariser Luxuslabel ausgezeichnet wurden. Dieser Moment war umso besonderer, als er von seiner langjährigen Freundin, dem Model Paloma Elsesser, begleitet wurde, die er in ihrer Jugend kennengelernt hatte.
Bei der Gala stellte Raul sein außergewöhnliches Talent unter Beweis. Er entwarf Palomas Kleid in Anlehnung an eine Chanel-Couture-Show von Karl Lagerfeld aus dem Jahr 1999, die dramatische Schultern zeigte. Es war eine wichtige Gelegenheit für Raul, sein kreatives Können auf einer der größten Modebühnen zu zeigen.
