Melissa has proved time and again that she can achieve anything! Quirky, funny, and witty are just some of the characteristics used to describe the talented actress. She has always been outspoken about the discrimination in Hollywood regarding celebrities’ physiques and doesn’t believe in unhealthy stereotypes.
The fashion designer adopted a unique way to drop 50 pounds. McCarthy said that being boring, not going out, heading to bed early, and not stressing about her health helped the process of losing weight. Debunking the rumor that she had adopted a crazy diet, the comedian mentioned that she trained in martial arts and regularly exercised too.
