Fat Joe – 100 Pounds, Healthy Eating Habits
Fat Joe, the singer of hip-hop hits like ‘Yellow Tape,’ gave us a shocker when he debuted a 100-pound weight loss. The star started to question his eating habits and lack of exercise when he had to go through several losses in the family due to heart attacks.
We cannot imagine how harrowing it must have been for him, but something positive has definitely come out of the dark phase. Joe now works out regularly and eats healthily, which has made a change in his whole outlook on life and also aided in stripping away his diabetes! We think it’s time to drop that ‘Fat’ off his monicker too.
