Dan Fogler – 100 Pounds, Intermittent Fasting
Before the third installment of ‘Fantastic Beasts’ hit the theatres, Dan Fogler took to intermittent fasting while avoiding all kinds of processed foods. It did wonders for the actor since fans couldn’t recognize him sans the extra 100 pounds!
Fogler probably had a ‘dieters high,’ since he started out with simple fasting, which threw his earlier metabolism out of the window. Eventually, he got rid of dairy products, pizza, soda, and all other unhealthy foods from his diet to keep the flow going. Now, that’s quite the way to take up dieting!
