The eccentric singer, whose real name is Yvette Marie Stevens, made headlines after her shocking weight loss of 60 pounds. Chaka revealed that being diagnosed with type-2 diabetes and her granddaughter’s custody helped put things in perspective and pushed her to be healthy.
Khan achieved a dramatic transformation with an extreme diet. She drank nothing but liquid smoothies for four months as a meal replacement. To maintain her body, she adopted a plant-based meal-plan as suggested by Prince, the renowned musician. The star also cut all meat, dairy, processed foods, and junk out of her life.
