Most folks look up to famous health gurus for inspiration, but Jeremy Clarkson’s fitspiration is someone out of the ordinary – the Queen of England! The ‘Grand Tour’ host is determined to follow Her Majesty’s footsteps by controlling his food intake and incorporating regular exercise.

Cycling is Clarkson’s weapon of choice in his weight loss journey, a habit he picked up when he spent some time in Indochina. Switching up his diet to green leafy vegetables instead of consuming fried food also helped him lose 28 pounds. It looks like spending a year in another country was all he needed to get in shape.
