Rickie Lake es otra estrella que siempre ha amado la comida. Pero esto la hizo crecer hasta que alcanzó unas enormes 260 libras. Lake finalmente se deprimió por lo grande que era, así que supo que era hora de hacer un mayor esfuerzo para controlar su peso.
Comenzó su viaje de pérdida de peso consumiendo menos calorías y corriendo mucho. Desafortunadamente, Lake recuperó parte del peso que había perdido, pero luego volvió a perderlo cuando se unió a Dancing with the Stars en 2011. No ganó, pero al menos se volvió 20 libras más ligera.
