Tatá Werneck é sem sombra dúvidas uma das artistas mais talentosas da televisão brasileira. Já faz alguns anos que ela tem total destaque na mídia e seu próprio programa na Rede Globo, o Lady Night. Além de toda essa guinada na carreira, ela recentemente se tornou mãe de uma linda menina.
Ela relata que engordou mais de 20 quilos durante o processo de gestação, o que a incomodou bastante embora seja perfeitamente normal. Depois do nascimento da filha, ela mudou radicalmente sua rotina e passou a fazer exercícios diários e beber muita água, e como consequência disso ela já perdeu 15kg!
