Chris Hemsworth – 33 Pounds Lost, Diet
If you only know Chris Hemsworth as a muscular ‘God of Thunder’ from Marvel movies, prepare to get shocked! For ‘In the Heart of the Sea,’ the actor changed his usual superhero self to a lean and malnourished guy. To achieve the desired shape, he had to endure a long-term extreme diet program, with an intake of only 700 calories a day!
Although Chris has done great in the film, we doubt that he wanted to discard his ripped shape again. In an interview after the movie’s release, he mentioned that it was really difficult for him to fast and stick to the regimen.
