A grande pioneira brasileira do Youtube tem dado o que falar na mídia. Recentemente, depois de mais de 10 anos, ela resolveu encerrar seu canal e seguir outros rumos em sua carreira. Kéfera tem trabalhado majoritariamente como atriz e escritora, e talvez por conta disso resolveu que era hora de perder alguns quilinhos.
Adotando uma rotina bastante disciplinada de exercícios e um plano de nutrição funcional, ela se livrou de impressionantes 20kg! Hoje, conta que está plenamente satisfeita com seu corpo e que não tem intenções de se tornar nenhuma musa fitness, apenas estar saudável e bonita.
