Rachael Ray – 40 Pounds, Mediterranean Style Diet & Exercise
Gourmet expert, entrepreneur, and philanthropist Rachael Ray is one of the original trail-blazers for the 30 Minute Meals concept. So when she lost an impressive 40 pounds, looking unbelievably svelte in her 50’s we all wanted to know how she had done it.
Putting her culinary skills to excellent use, Rachael laid the foundation of her diet with a Mediterranean-style selection of vegetables, olive oil, mixed greens, and at least 8 ounces of water intake every day. Combined with her cardio and weight-training programs at the gym, the famous culinary author looks incredibly youthful, turning 50 into the new 30.
