Over the years, Jo Brand’s act mainly incorporated taking digs at her weight. This approach was well-received by her fans, who thronged her shows to enjoy her sets. Jo says this approach was purely comedic fun and not a way to invite hecklers and comments, and we cannot agree more.

In 2020, Jo unveiled a new change in her lifestyle that might change her sets completely. The lady had shed over 70 pounds after her doctor advised her to change her lifestyle. It was a tough pill to swallow, but Jo knew she had to do something. Interestingly, her weight loss technique was simple as it only involved taking long walks.
