Ever since her debut, Catherine Tyldesley has changed for the better, and no, we are not just talking about her acting skills but also the stunning weight transformation! Thankfully, the actress has been sharing her secrets to staying healthy every step of the way as she lost about 72 pounds.
The star credits a 12-week Ultimate Performance transformation plan, which targets bigger muscle groups and compound exercises. Catherine also said that while she was on Strictly Come Dancing, the showrunners required her to learn some challenging dance moves, which further accelerated the weight loss process.
