Jeff Bezos gehört nicht nur zu den reichsten Menschen der Welt, er ist der reichste Mensch der Welt. Vermutlich hat er das nicht erwartet, als er vor Jahren seine Karriere in seiner Garage begann. Aus dem kleinen Buchladen „Amazon“ ist inzwischen die vielleicht größte Onlineplattform der Welt geworden und es gibt nicht viel, was es bei Amazon nicht gibt.
Damit hat Jeff Bezos es geschafft, sein Unternehmen zu einem der weltweit profitabelsten zu machen. Durch die Scheidung von seine Ehefrau hat sich sein Vermögen zwar etwas verringert, aber bei geschätzten 200 Milliarden US Dollar dürfte das kaum ins Gewicht fallen.
