Schon in den 80er Jahren begann Stefan Reuter seine Profikarriere als Fußballer und erreichte die meisten der wichtigsten Titel, die es national und international gibt. Darunter den Weltmeistertitel, den Europameistertitel, fünfmal den Titel des Deutschen Meisters und er wurde auch einmal Champions-League-Sieger.
Er spielte beim 1. FC Nürnberg, im FC Bayern München, bei Juventus Turin und auch bei Borussia Dortmund. Außerdem spielte er 11 Jahre lang in der Nationalmannschaft. Heute ist er der Geschäftsführer des FC Augsburg und verdient dort als Manager nicht schlecht. Sein Vermögen wird heute auf rund 5 Millionen Euro geschätzt.
