Robert Geiss begann seine Karriere als Unternehmer. Zusammen mit seinem Bruder hat er ein Modeunternehmen aufgebaut, dass sie irgendwann mit großem Gewinn verkaufen konnten. Seit dem geht es mit der Karriere für Robert Geiss nur noch steil bergauf. Er begann als Makler für Luxus Immobilien zu arbeiten und ist selbst in Besitz verschiedener Villen, Jachten, Penthouses und natürlich auch Autos.
Gemeinsam mit seiner Familie ist er der Mittelpunkt in „Die Geissens – Eine schrecklich glamouröse Familie“. Um seinen Erfolg im TV besser vermarkten zu können, hat er eine Produktionsfirma gegründet. Sein geschätztes Vermögen beläuft sich auf 22 Millionen Euro.
