Hier bleek ze ook nog eens geweldig in te zijn, want al snel was ze te zien in diverse kookprogramma’s. In 1987 bracht ze zelfs haar eigen kookboek uit, getiteld The Jill St. John Cookbook. Haar indrukwekkende carrière heeft maar liefst vijf decennia lang geduurd, van haar debuut in 1949 tot haar laatste film in 2014. Jill is een intelligente vrouw, met een IQ van 162.
