Silke Remus
Silke Remus ist die Mutter des prominenten Immobilienunternehmers Marcel Remus und tritt seit einigen Jahren selbst immer wieder in der Vox-Show “mieten, kaufen, wohnen” auf. Sie beeindruckte vor kurzem mit einer beeindruckenden Gewichtsabnahme von 20 Kilogramm. Nach einer jahrelangen Suche nach einer Methode, die wirklich funktioniert, fand sie schließlich in der Weight Watchers-Diät den Schlüssel zum Erfolg.
Durch das Punktesystem lernte sie, bewusster mit ihrer Ernährung umzugehen und gleichzeitig flexibel zu bleiben. Mit ihrer neuen schlanken Figur wirkt Silke nicht nur jünger, sondern strahlt auch neues Selbstbewusstsein aus. Ihr Erfolg zeigt, dass es nie zu spät ist, sich für eine gesündere Lebensweise zu entscheiden und alte, ungesunde Gewohnheiten abzulegen.
