Jeremy Pascal Wollny
Jeremy Pascal Wollny wurde bekannt durch die Reality-TV-Serie “Die Wollnys – Eine schrecklich große Familie”. Auch er hat eine beeindruckende Transformation hinter sich. Mit einem Ausgangsgewicht von 145 Kilogramm nahm er seine Ernährung und seine Gesundheit nach seinem Auszug selbst in die Hand. Jeremy erkannte, dass die ungesunde Ernährung seiner Familie ein wesentlicher Faktor für sein Übergewicht war, und stellte diese komplett um.
Er begann regelmäßig Krafttraining zu betreiben, was ihn nicht nur schlanker, sondern auch stärker machte. Innerhalb von drei Jahren reduzierte er sein Gewicht auf 80 Kilogramm, bevor er durch gezielten Muskelaufbau wieder auf 115 Kilogramm kam. Heute kann man ihm diese Transformation deutlich ansehen.
