Dank einer Magenbypass-Operation hat sie eine bemerkenswerte Veränderung durchgemacht. Die Reality-TV-Darstellerin verlor unglaubliche 45 Kilogramm und fühlt sich heute rundum erneuert.
Nachdem sie in den ersten fünf Monaten bereits 15 Kilogramm abgenommen hatte, blieb sie motiviert und setzte auf eine gesunde Ernährung sowie Bewegung, um ihre Ergebnisse weiter zu verbessern. Ihr neues Selbstbewusstsein führte sogar dazu, dass sie sich als Model versuchte. Iris begeistert mit ihrer Entschlossenheit und zeigt, wie eine nachhaltige Veränderung zu einem erfüllten Leben führen kann.
