Liz Baffoe
Liz Baffoe wurde bekannt durch die Serie “Lindenstraße” und spielte auch in Filmen wie “Die Geisterfahrer” mit. Vor einiger Zeit hat sie erfolgreich zwölf Kilogramm abgenommen. Ihre Liebe zu Pasta und Süßigkeiten führte dazu, dass sie sich durch die überschüssigen Pfunde unwohl fühlte. Deshalb entschied sie, ihre Gewohnheiten zu ändern. Mit Hilfe eines Personal Trainers stellte sie ihre Ernährung um, reduzierte Kohlenhydrate und begann mit regelmäßigem Lauftraining.
Anfangs lief sie kurze Strecken, doch mit der Zeit schaffte sie es, problemlos 10 Kilometer zu joggen. Diese neue Routine und Disziplin führten nicht nur zur Gewichtsabnahme, sondern verbesserten auch ihr allgemeines Wohlbefinden. Liz zeigt, wie kleine Schritte langfristig große Ergebnisse bringen können.
