Ihre Disziplin zahlte sich relativ schnell aus: Bettina sieht heute nicht nur schlanker, sondern auch energiegeladener und jünger aus, was man vor der Kamera deutlich sehen kann. Sie zeigt, dass selbst in einem Beruf voller Süßigkeiten eine gesunde Balance gefunden werden kann.
