Patricia Blanco
Patricia Blanco ist die Tochter des berühmten Roberto Blanco und wurde selbst bekannt aus Reality-TV-Formaten wie dem “Dschungelcamp”. Sie hat vor einigen Jahren eine beachtliche Transformation durchgemacht. Bei einer Ausgangsfigur, die sie selbst als “kurvig” bezeichnete, ließ sie eine Magenverkleinerung durchführen, die zu einem enormen Gewichtsverlust von 60 Kilogramm führte.
Um das zu erreichen, ergänzte sie die chirurgische Hilfe mit regelmäßiger Bewegung und einer strikten Diät, um nicht nur ihr neues Gewicht zu halten, sondern auch weiter abzunehmen. Heute präsentiert sie stolz ihren schlanken Körper und spricht offen darüber, wie die Veränderung ihr Leben, ihr Selbstbewusstsein und ihre Gesundheit positiv beeinflusst hat.
