Tine Wittler
Tine Wittler wurde bekannt durch die Moderation der Sendung “Einsatz in 4 Wänden”, auch wenn sie zuvor schon erfolgreich als Redakteurin und Autorin arbeitete. Sie hat sich immer für Body Positivity eingesetzt. Mit einer eigenen Kleiderlinie für übergewichtige Menschen inspirierte sie andere, sich in ihrer Haut wohlzufühlen. Obwohl sie früher gelegentlich Diäten ausprobierte, stellte sie fest, dass diese keinen langfristigen Erfolg brachten, und konzentrierte sich stattdessen auf ein Fitnessprogramm.
Mit Wassergymnastik und anderen sanften Bewegungsformen fühlt sich Wittler heute fitter und vitaler. Ihre körperliche Veränderung ist weniger durch Gewichtsverlust als durch gesteigerte Beweglichkeit und Wohlbefinden geprägt. Tine zeigt, dass Gesundheit nicht an einer Zahl auf der Waage gemessen wird.
